Food and Beverage
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Business Administration, Culinary Management, or any related field.
Experience:
- Shift Manager: At least 1 year as a supervisor or team leader in a QSR environment.
- Store Manager: At least 2 years as a Store Manager or Assistant Manager in a fast-food chain/casual dining.
Key Competencies:
- Strong leadership, iinventory management, food cost control, P&L management, and labor standards awareness
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word) and Point of Sale (POS) systems.
